What is Dog Fitness?
Dog fitness is structured exercise that builds strength, provides mental stimulation, and gives your dog a fun, engaging activity. It’s suitable for dogs of all ages, from young, high-energy dogs that need to burn energy to older dogs that benefit from staying active. It’s also a great way to help shy or nervous dogs build confidence.
Dog fitness is also beneficial for sport dogs, supporting performance in activities like agility, obedience, dog frisbee and other training disciplines.

How it works?

Schedule your dog’s first session at a time that works for you. This initial session includes both a posture assessment and a guided workout, so you start seeing progress right away. After the first class you receive a Customized Fitness Program. Sessions take place in your home or at a local park for your convenience.

We take a closer look at your dog’s movement, strength, balance, energy levels, and behavior. We also consider your dog’s age, confidence level, and overall condition.
Based on this, we create a personalized plan and select the right exercises and equipment to match your dog’s needs. This ensures every session is safe, effective, and tailored specifically to your dog.

After the first session, we continue building on your dog’s progress with personalized workouts. Over time, your dog becomes stronger, more confident, and more focused, leading to better behavior at home and in everyday situations. Each session is varied and engaging, so your dog is always challenged and never gets bored.
