Booking & Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for every dog and owner, please review the following policies before booking:
Session Types
Pup Assessment + Workout (75 min)
Required for all new dogs before booking regular sessions. This session allows us to evaluate your dog’s fitness level, behavior, and create a safe, personalized plan.
Pup Fitness Session (60 min)
Available only after completing the initial assessment. These sessions focus on building strength, confidence, and overall fitness.
Puppy Foundations & Confidence Group Class (50 min)
Available for puppies up to 8 months old.
Travel & Location
Sessions take place at the client’s home or a nearby park. Travel is included within 10 miles. A small travel fee may apply for locations outside this area. Final location details will be confirmed before your session.
Booking Requirements
All new clients must book the Pup Assessment + Workout first. Regular sessions are only available after completing the assessment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Rescheduling or cancellations require at least 6 hours notice. Changes made less than 6 hours before the session start time will be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in a 100% charge of the session fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.
Weather Policy
For outdoor sessions, appointments may be rescheduled in case of unsafe weather conditions. You will be notified as early as possible.
Safety & Health
Dogs must be fully healthy, free of injury, and up to date on vaccinations. If your dog is showing any signs of illness or injury, please seek veterinary care before booking or attending a session.
Liability
By booking a session, you confirm that your dog is safe to work around people and other dogs. You accept full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by your dog during the session.
Agreement
By booking any service, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
Puppy Group Classes
Age Requirements
Puppy Group Classes are designed for puppies up to 8 months of age.
Vaccination Requirements
Puppies must be current on age-appropriate vaccinations as recommended by their veterinarian. Owners are responsible for ensuring their puppy is healthy and suitable for participation in a group environment.
Minimum Enrollment
A minimum of 2 puppies is required for class to run. If minimum enrollment is not met, registered participants will be offered a transfer to a future class or a full refund.
Class Structure
Each class features different activities and may include confidence building, foundation skills, basic obedience, enrichment, movement, fitness, and other age-appropriate exercises.
Owner Participation
Owners are required to remain present and actively participate with their puppy throughout the class.
Behavior & Safety
For the safety of all participants, puppies displaying aggressive behavior toward people or other dogs may be asked to leave the class. In such cases, alternative private training options may be recommended.
Weather Policy
Classes held outdoors may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including severe rain, lightning, extreme heat, or other conditions that may affect safety.
